疫情中的復工期,遠程辦公如何大顯神威

請回答,2003

盡管Polycom在2003年獲得了中國的大單,但由于高速網絡尚未完全普及,當時的Polycom設備需要基于專線網絡運行,應用場景局限于會議室,無法提供對外服務。加之設備調試復雜,需要專人操作、專人維護等等問題,Polycom并沒有獲得后續的成功。

2016年,Polycom被私有化退市,2018年又被并入加拿大巨頭Mitel麾下。

盡管如此,Polycom在硬件設備提供商中的地位依舊——目前市面上出售的微軟Skype for Business/Microsoft Lync無縫集成的電話設備中,有70%來自Polycom。

而Polycom,也漸漸從軟件服務商漸漸轉型為一家音視頻硬件設備提供商。

千億市場

各路勢力涌入

歷史上的兩次技術革命,孕育了視頻會議這個行業的誕生和發展。

第一次:互聯網通信從窄帶到寬帶的轉移。

所謂“窄帶”,指的是網絡傳輸速度在4M以下的網絡,而“寬帶”則指傳輸速度在4M以上的網絡。

寬帶的誕生,使得視頻通話成為可能。

第二次:遠程視頻從傳統的專網通信向云視頻轉型。

基于云服務模式,視頻通話成本下降為原來的1/10,大大降級了客戶的使用門檻。

企業不再需要購買昂貴的管理系統設備,只需要和統一通信服務提供商簽訂合約,按月支付使用費,就可以享受統一的通信服務。

成本的下沉很快打開了多行業客戶的市場,遠程辦公服務從過去封閉、大企業自建、僅供內部交流的封閉系統,漸漸走向開放和普及。

據中國軟件網旗下的研究機構數據顯示,2017年,我國智能移動辦公的市場規模為194億元左右,2018年為234億元左右,同比增長20.8%。

中小微企業和個人用戶的加入,讓遠程辦公市場成為各方勢力爭相涌入的競爭之地,僅僅從類型上來區分,我們可以將市場上的玩家大致可以分為三類——

1、設備硬件巨頭走向軟硬件一體化。

2、互聯網巨頭從C端走向B端。

3、新興垂直領域遠程辦公服務商。

軟硬件一體化巨頭們

思科、華為

# 思科WEBEX

思科在視頻設備方面與Polycom齊名,但面對Google、亞馬遜、facebook等廠商在云服務領域崛起,思科也開始了云視頻服務的轉型之路。

自2011-2016年,思科先后收購了多家音視頻服務公司,其中最重要的一家是很多人都不陌生的WebExz。

在美國不少大企業中,“Let's do a WebEx”,幾乎和“讓我們Google一下”一樣,是一句正常溝通的俗語。

2007年3月14日,思科宣布以32億美元現金天價收購Webex。而思科也憑借這項收購,完美實現了軟硬件一體化的解決方案,一躍成為遠程視頻辦公巨頭。

目前,思科收獲了全球網絡會議市場53%份額,每月約71億人參加網訊會議,是當之無愧的網絡會議平臺領軍者。

# 華為云Welink

同樣在軟件領域發力的還有華為。

和阿里釘釘、騰訊企業微信不同,華為云Welink的主要目的在于將華為多個業務匯聚到一個平臺,實現各種辦公工具之間的融合,讓華為徹底告別此前多個煙囪式移動APP并行造成的體驗不一致狀態。

據華為官網數據顯示,從2017年Welink上線以來,經受了華為全體19萬員工的辦公檢驗,全球鏈接團隊52萬個,聯接知識21億次/年,聯接業務700+,提高員工整體協作效率30%。

互聯網巨頭的toB之路

微軟、阿里、騰訊

2009年,隨著單機版office產品在全球市場營收和占有率的下降,微軟發布office 365平臺,其中細分出的核心功能就是以Skype for Businesses為代表的企業級協作通信功能,此后進一步衍生出了Teams產品。

作為深度整合Office 365云平臺的產物,Teams被賦予抗衡Slack 和 Google hangouts等辦公協作軟件,保證微軟在辦公領域龍頭地位的重要使命,也收獲了來自Office 365和商業版的重要流量支持。

2019年3月數據顯示,超過50萬機構客戶使用teams產品,較2018年同期增長超過150%。其中超過150家客戶擁有1萬人以上使用量,全球財富前100強中91家使用teams,在大客戶方面微軟擁有行業絕對優勢。

# 阿里釘釘

2013年,在集團阿里巴巴all-in無線的前提下,原淘寶搜索業務負責人陳航聚攏團隊負責對個人社交產品“來往”的開發工作,但是在對陣騰訊微信的過程中失利。

2014年,在與商家的合作中發現企業辦公中的交流問題,團隊將整體的工作重心折回B端,以“構建純凈工作環境”為目標打造了產品“釘釘”,1.0版本即可為客戶提供包括免費電話、企業群等團隊溝通工具。

活躍用戶數方面,2018年4月,釘釘活躍用戶數位居行業第一,數量超過第二名至第十名活躍用戶數之和,截至2019年10月,在釘釘的2億終端用戶當中,活躍用戶數達到7000萬,在國內市場基本和企業微信形成雙寡頭的壟斷局面。

# 騰訊企業微信

2016年,騰訊發布“企業微信”1.0版。截至2019年,企業微信已更新至2.8.5版。除了具有類似微信的視頻功能外,還集成了諸如公告、考勤、請假、報銷、審批、企業支付等多項功能,在功能上對標阿里釘釘。

2019年12月,騰訊云發布“騰訊會議”,一款SaaS化遠程辦公產品,作為其切入B端企業級通訊市場的排頭兵。

實用性方面,騰訊會議可以直接通過手機、電腦、電話、微信小程序、企業微信等多種方式撥入;技術方面提供了包括視頻美顏、暗場景增強、降噪等多種實用性功能;在針對跨企業開會這種復雜場景,提供了包括屏幕共享、在線文檔操作等便捷操作方法。

硬件方面,騰訊會議選擇億聯、小魚易連和寶利通三家廠商作為硬件合作方,為其提供包括會議室系統在內的多款辦公協同硬件。

#字節跳動飛書

七年發展,高速擴張的字節跳動已經實現全球業務布局,而隨著公司規模和業務范圍的擴張,字節跳動內部溝通協作面臨很大的挑戰,這種挑戰表現在三個方面:員工網絡的復雜性增加,跨地區跨文化的溝通增加和內部系統數量的增加。公司先后嘗試多種溝通工具,最終選擇自己開發飛書產品。

# Zoom—中小企業和教育

Zoom由來自WebEx的離職創業團隊創辦,Zoom從中小企業和教育垂直行業切入,前期采用Free+Prime模式,培養用戶使用習慣,加快對B端市場滲透;后期采用獨立賬號定于模式,增加與會人數和時間,提高大型企業復雜會議使用頻率。

用戶以15美金/每月的價格買到賬號,即可在線上進行視頻會議,使用簡單便捷,連續多年被北美評為最受客戶滿意的企業。

# Vidyo-醫療領域

Vidyo盡管自身不是一家遠程醫療公司,但是卻一直與醫療界合作緊密。

其他云視頻廠商不同,Vidyo的視頻通訊是加密的,符合HIPPA標準,所以受到了醫療界的青睞,與飛利浦、加州遠程醫療網絡、梅西健康和梅奧診所等都建立了合作關系。

2016年4月26日,阿里巴巴旗下釘釘宣布選擇與Vidyo建立深度合作,成為釘釘嵌入式高清畫質和點擊入會的多方視頻會議的合作伙伴。

# 小魚易聯-教育、醫療

小魚易連是國內云視頻會議領導者,主打創新智能硬件,兼顧云平臺服務。

混戰之中

遠程辦公走向如何?

綜合來看,我們認為幾大趨勢值得關注。

第一,國產替代趨勢明顯。

2002年以來,我國視頻會議主要是通過采購寶利通、思科的設備為主。后來國家出于保密及信息安全方面的要求,政府部門在遠程辦公系統采購領域逐漸刪除了對國外廠商的采購計劃。

2015年3月:政府調整采購名單,刪除對Cisco視頻會議的采購計劃。

2016至2017年:政府密集發布政策,網絡安全上升到國家戰略。

2017年之后,政府使用的遠程辦公方案多為國內企業制作。

從2018年中標金額最大的十個項目來看,中標企業均為國內公司。信息安全和保密的特殊要求阻礙了國外視頻會議廠商,從而為國內廠商帶來了廣闊前景。

第二,中國遠程協同辦公市場呈現高清化的特點,企業級用戶仍然貢獻遠程辦公市場規模主力。

2014年,中國遠程辦公市場正式迎來了高清時代,高清市場規模比例超過標清市場,達到了51.5%。

遠程辦公高清化帶來更好的臨場體驗,其比率于2018年達76.8%。新技術的發展使得視頻融合需求的滿足逐步成為現實,其高清視頻內容的占比最高達到84.7%。

政府級用戶需求集中體現為大規模、高質量和價格不敏感。

隨著視頻通信技術的進步和軟件視頻會議的興起,企業級用戶的需求持續上漲,其中中小企業的需求增長更為迅速。醫療和教育領域需求有待進一步開啟。

就國內企業而言,我們認為互聯網巨頭將聚焦在通用級應用市場,即為大量的小微企業提供標準化產品和服務。

而原有云視頻廠商將聚焦在行業級應用場景,即為大型企業提供更為定制化的產品和服務。那些真正具備核心技術,并且能夠深入提出行業級解決方案的企業將在遠程辦公市場中脫穎而出。
